Shallow-draught multipurpose supply ships of 1A ice class.
They have good maneuverability and traction force of about 70 tons.
Ships have class 1 dynamic positioning equipment.
The main function of Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel vessels is to haul, lay, retrieve and lift anchors of semi-submersible drilling platforms or pipe laying vessels.
Ships of this type also tow drilling rigs, lighters, and other vessels and floating facilities.

Currently, they can reach speeds of 35 knots or more. Depending on the size of the vessel, it can carry 30 to 300 people. Some types of vessels are equipped with dynamic positioning systems of DP I class. The crew of vessels usually consists of 4 to 6 people. Nowadays, these high-speed vessels are in great demand because it is necessary to transport crews daily to work on offshore projects.
